Moroccan born Mous has always seen the world of photography as incredibly exciting, however his entry into the profession was not one that was planned. He started studying interior design, but quickly realised this was not where his passions lay. He wanted to do something that allowed him to be more creative and express himself, which is what led him to picking up his first Nikon camera.
Photography gives me freedom, both artistically and creatively. This is why I love fashion photography so much, as there are so many genres and opportunities express this creativity.
“I've been a Nikon photographer since day one. The first NIKKOR lens I bought is the lens I still use now – which proves it has served me well. When it comes to my camera, I move around a lot when I am shooting so I need something lightweight and compact. The Nikon D750 works perfectly for me, its so versatile and agile and a camera I can really rely on. When I’m shooting, I want to be present in the moment and I don’t want to have to recreate an image because I have missed it – I like to shoot what I see. My Nikon equipment allows me to do this and feel at ease, knowing I’ll never a miss a moment.”
